As a believer, I am free from the penalty of sin. One day, when I am with my Savior, I will be free from the presence of sin. Forgiveness is mine because my Savior paid the price for my sin. Yes, I struggle daily, but I’m free! (Psalm 32:1-2).
Conviction of sin weighs heavy when I hold on to sin. The fellowship with my Father is lacking; I long to be free. (Psalm 32:3-4).
Finally, when I confess my sin, I sense the peace of God restoring my soul. Why didn’t I admit my sin sooner? Immediately, I am delivered. Once again I have fellowship with Him. I’m so full, I want everyone to know this peace and freedom. (Psalm 32:5-6).
Father, thank You for allowing me to hear Your voice as You speak through Your Word. Thank You for forgiving me, guiding me, and cleansing me. (Psalm 32:7-11).
